Collaborative Learning for Teachers
David Hargreaves has raised the profile of learning networks through his work with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust.
The 'tools' that are being developed on this area of the website include:
- message boards
- a blog
- podcasting
Message boards and forums are not a new technology. Pupils use them extensively for social networking and some schools are developing them into learning networks.
Many schools already successfully use weblogs.
There are some good examples of the ways in which individual teachers are developing podcasts.
