Think.com

Think.com is a free Virtual Learning Environment from the Oracle Corporation.

It is a useful tool for teachers and schools who want to experiment with a Learning Platform.

At Tideway School think.com was used for one academic year in 2003-04 by ICT and Science subject areas. Lesson materials were posted; online differentiation was explored and links were made with another school in China.

At the end of the one year pilot study a number of companies who offered Learning Platforms made a presentation in school before a decision was made to purchase one particular project.
